“Ideal for holidays in Denia with transport”
I loved having a fridge, cooking facilities+ a balcony. The pool looked nice for summer & it wasn't too far from the ocean. It is a lovely place for those with a car or bike , walk well. The owners are very helpful. A cosy little place to enjoy a holiday.

“A nice studio near the sea”
We spent here 2 nights. The studio is very little and confortable, very clean and well equiped. It's very easy to park under the hose, even with motorbike it's safe. The self check in is easy, you have just to collect the key. The owner let us beers and fresh water. The beach is very near and you can see the sea from the balcony. It was a perfect solution for a couple or for single. In few minutes by feet you can reach bar and restaurant

“Unique little apartment”
Great little apartment ideal for a 1-2 night get away. Perfect location for quiet beach 3mins away & ideal 3 min walk to bus stop for easy access to beautiful Denia town

PERFECT! The place itself was cozy, small but absolutely enough for a couple, very near the sea (you can drink coffee in the morning with outstanding view from the balcony) and tidy. Host Alejandra was just amazing, helped us with our inconviences and recommended places to visit. We had incredible time here, hopefully will come here again someday.
