“Perfect apartment, location and host.”
The apartment is fabulous and in a great location, very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The underground car park is a plus with a lift up to the apartment. We spent 8 days cycling/hiking around the area and are definitely going to return. Hiking up the various mountains with breathtaking views is amazing and it is probably the best area we have ever cycled. Maria the host could not do enough to make our visit as perfect as possible, many thanks again Maria and will see you again next year.

“An excellently located, well maintained apartment perfect for a couple who want to explore Denia.”
Maria the host was excellent at communicating and was there to welcome us on arrival and to see us off on departure. She gave us lots of clear instructions and tips for things to do and see. The underground parking was easy to use and access. We appreciated the cold beers and bottle of water in the fridge for our arrival and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils etc. and we had everything we needed to do our own cooking if we wished. The location is excellent and is a 5 minute walk to the Denia waterfront and a host of bars and restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. The TRAM is also a five minute walk away which you can use to see other towns along the Costa Blanca coast which we did. We would definitely stay there again on another trip to Denia and would highly recommend the property.

It is a comfortable tastefully decorated apartment, close to the city center with restaurants and shops and near the harbor. The parking space in the building is an added value. The hostess is a friendly lady who does everything she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Fantastic location. Easy to get to supermarket on foot. Easy to walk into central Denia for food and drinks. Underground car parking vital in Denia! Lift from parking up to accommodation. Unreservedly recommended.
