The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a one night stay. We arrived late and were very tired, so we really appreciated that the host left the key for us at the reception desk and we checked in very quickly.

Very clean and spacious, close to a beautiful free beach and with umbrella 15 euros for 4 beach loungers. The apartment has also stoves, plates and glasses and cutlery.

“Perfect 10 without a muddle headed receptionist”

This is sofar the best appartment I booked ever. It cost me only 30€ for 3 persons. The only reason this is not the perfect 10 is a receptionist who tried to charge me twice ( not intentionally, but...)

Very spacious 1 bedroom penthouse 402, consisting of one large living room with open space kitchen and one big bedroom, a huge terrace with an amazing city view, clean and fresh towels, bedsheets and trash bags/bins, everything is new in the apartment, since the building itself is brand new, lovely and comfortable furniture (bed, couch, dining table, chairs), each room is equipped with AC, that kept us cool during the hot and humid weather, we also used the washing machine and we had a dedicated Wi-Fi network on our floor, with excellent signal strength and a D/U speed of Mbps D 46.5/ U 47.5. A 4-story building, 2 apartments per floor, sharing one wall (where the living room and bathroom are) no elevator, but we enjoyed taking the stairs every day, we took it as a bonus for doing exercise. No proper parking, but we managed to park our car safely and for free in front of the entrance and we were happy about it. The closest beaches and landmarks were 5 min away by car. Communication with the owner Mikail was excellent, he was very prompt and effective in any given situation, before and during our stay. The owner even helped us with information about the best places to visit and eat at within/around the area. Mikail welcomed us at 2 am late at night and made us feel comfortable during our stay. We had a 1-week stay at Bilginer Apart. Thank you Mikail.

Spacious, clean and reasonably well equipped. Slightly on the outskirts of Demre, so there is a bit of driving/walking to the sea, shops and restaurants. On the other hand there is no traffic and you can enjoy a quiet evening on the terrace.
