Today, when we contact the host, they said they already give the accomodation to another. They explain that we haven't done the payment. Actually, we prepare either cash or cradit card - same card as using for guaranteed with Booking.com From chat message in Booking.com, 1-Sep host said "we're happy to confirm this." and we reply "Thank you" That's all. The host didn't informed us how and when to make a payment, and didn't inform us that they cancel our booking. In Booking.com system, the status also "Confirmed" This is a very big trouble to us, on the day we're going to check-in We have reported Booking.com for this case
