“Reasonable value for money, with good kitchen, but not attractively furnished.”

No breakfast provided but there was a well organised kitchen with self-catering facilities for making hot drinks, a fridge and a microwave. My room was spacious with a separate area for sleeping, a sofa and a table and chairs. There were plenty of electric sockets, and both my room and the whole apartment were very warm. The bathroom and toilet were shared with the other two rooms in the apartment - I don’t remember that being in the details on your site. Everywhere was super clean. Comfy bed with cotton sheets. It is reasonably convenient for the city centre - twenty minutes walk from the main station, and in a pleasant quiet street.

The apartment-style accommodation enabled me to self-cater, using the more than adequate kitchen facilities, and thus enjoy an economical holiday. Sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities was no problem, as the other guests in the accommodation were friendly and respectful, and everyone co-operated in maintaining the high standard of cleanliness.

Cleanliness was superb. Coffee was available. Furneshing was pretty modern and sleek.

A spacious room with comfortable bed, a very spacious common room and kitchen, good shower, very safe and quiet residential area at a short walk from both the university campus and the city center. My son's graduation party was at a mere 60m from the premises, much closer than I had envisioned. All this for a highly competitive price. So it was a very pleasant stay!

Very clean and confortable in the city centre of Delft.

Very comfortable and clean, very spacious, the kitchen has everything you need to cook anything you want, I really liked that big windows in the kitchen and in my bedroom which was looking to the small garden. I really enjoyed my stay that I didn't want to leave

Great place nearby TU Delft. Good combination of having your own private room with a shared kitchen to get to know other people. The place is really pleasant and has a lot of light.

No breakfast included. All great, room a little bit warm due to hot weather.
