“Small but well located stay in a converted apartment building, convenient for travel.”

Staff is friendly and accommodating. The location could not be better, right at the end of Line 1 of the Nagasaki Electric Railway, and within easy walking distance of several shrines, temples, and a large shopping district. Property is clean and modern, and from my 4th floor room, views were excellent.

Proximity to no 1 tram, shopping arcade nearby, beautiful ash by functional room. Away from tourists. Mountain side view. Comfortable bed and warm soft duvet. Big bathroom.

This is a very nice little hotel. The room was big, and had lots of light. The tram station just 2 minutes from the hotel is super convenient, and the owner is a lovely person who makes you feel welcomed. A very pleasant stay!

This was really THE BEST place I have stayed at in my last half year travels in Japan. Clean with so many comfortabel extra’s and the host is the best: very helpful with finding suitable (vegetarian) restaurants.

I really appreciated the easiness of contact with the manager and her availability throughout the stay. Room itself is beautiful and comfortable. I loved the window view and the cosmetics. The coin parking/tram stop is nearby and the hotel is just outside the city center.

Self-contained and spacious apartment, with lots of daylight. Comfortable and clean. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. We happened to arrive during January's Lantern Festival which was fun and meant the streets were pretty with many hanging lanterns. The apartment was good value for money and was as described on Booking.com. superb location for visiting shrines and temples, and 1 minute from a streetcar station

Such a nice place with a beautiful minimalistic style and great staff. Great location, close to all my favorite neighborhoods, but in a quiet street. Will go again.

Everything was perfect! Room was spotless and comfortable. Location is convenient, walking distance from many sights and right next to a tram station/bus stop as well. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Blessed three nights in Hotel Ksnowki, would have loved to stay longer. Our room was a calm, light, lovely space reflecting the kind, thoughtful spirit of our host, who is lovely and happy to help with questions in English. Spotlessly clean. Good shower. Raised platform for suitcases much appreciated. Comfortable bed with soft natural fiber bed linens and even pyjamas. Beautifully designed with just what you need and nothing you don't, and lots of natural wood. Room and bathroom both a very good size, larger and even nicer than the photos. Nice terrace to catch evening breeze and great view. Quiet neighbourhood. Well situated for exploring Nagasaki: tram stop just a few minutes' walk. "Ksnowki" is a version of kusunoki, the camphor tree, which is a treasured symbol of the resilience of Nagasaki's people.

The owner of this small property is one of the sweetest individuals I’ve ever encountered, and her hospitality is truly exceptional. This review, however, is an honest assessment of my stay. The room was stunning and remarkably spacious, particularly by Japanese standards. The minimalist design is executed with the skill and precision of a talented interior designer, creating a space that feels far from austere. I found myself wishing I could live right here, in this wonderful space, in such a beautiful city. The amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality, including excellent coffee from a local shop, tea, and carefully selected snacks. If I return to Nagasaki, I would undoubtedly seek out this place again. It’s one of those hidden gems you hesitate to praise too highly, for fear it might be fully booked next time you’re in town.
