“The quality of the air in that area and fitness club 👍”
It has a fitness club just opposite the apartment, that went there did good outdoor workouts. The air quality in this area is significantly better. Very very clean.

The apartment is in a nice green part of Costa Blanca. You can get to the beach in 5 min on foot. There is a choice of good restaurants in the neighborhood. We liked the view and the price. There is a car park for the residents with roofs which nicely protect vehicles from sunlight. There is a choice of hiking routes and other activities in surrounding areas albeit a car is useful to get to more remote ones. We were there in October/November and liked the tranquility of the place. The apartment has all the useful equipment like kitchen appliances, TV and WiFi.

“A nice apartment which provided a nice break away from home”
We were close to the seafront, secure parking for the car, and a shop just across the road. It was nice to be able to look out over the sea in the morning and evening
