“Familiar atmosphere and professional guidance into Vashlovani park”

The cottages are very cozy and peacefully located on the outskirts of the Dedoplitskaro town, very close to Eagle Canyon. The hosts were extremely helpful and always willing to assist and explain everything. The trail guidance and GPS track we received before our trip to Vashlovani National Park were invaluable and made our visit much easier and more enjoyable.

Beautiful location, nice garden with a lot of birds, even their own scop’s owl. And at the doorstep of Eagle Canyon.

I had to cancel last minute due to an urgency and the host was very gracious about it. I will definitely go back next time.

Teo‘s Cottages was a lovely place to stay - very comfortable with lots of outdoor space to relax, options for indoor and outdoor dining, the cottages themselves were spacious with super cool features like indoor hammocks. We opted to have breakfast and dinner and had amazing homemade food and wine at a time of our choosing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, we didn’t have a car and they helped us to organise taxis around the local area and were quick to respond to any questions. We would happily stay here again. Also if you’re looking for a local independent wine tasting there’s Nasrashvili Family Winery a 5 minute drive away - we mentioned them on Facebook for a tour and had a great hour.

We had an amazing time at Teo’s Cottages. The cottages have all the facilities you want, the area is beautiful and the home-cooked food is fantastic. Great place to stay if you want to visit Vashlovani. The hosts know a lot about the area and will help you with everything. The best place we stayed during our time in Georgia. We wished we could have stayed longer.

“Feels like visiting friends”

Teo and David are incredibly great. You arrive at their guesthouse and feel welcome,- immediately. Teo makes really delicious food. Dinner is different every night and very plentiful. We never were able to eating everything; whether it was breakfast or dinner. We extended our stay,-best decision ever :) Also we went on a tour through the Vashlovani NP with David. It feels not like a booked tour,- it feels like a trip with a friend. David knows so much about the area, history and animals. Also he is exited about it, so you feel lucky to share this trip with him, because you feel the love he has for the nature. (Next to that he makes amazing/delicious wine) Always again!! Madloba

Teo's cottages is an absolute gem 💎. The place is beautiful, with houses that are well-made and welcoming and cozy. The food was incredible — every meal felt like it was made with real care. The hosts, David and Teo, couldn’t have been more warm and attentive. We left feeling so happy we discovered this place. 10/10 would recommend, and we’d love to come back again

Teo and David are realy Kind hosts, taking care of all requests of there guests. Their garden & the cottages are very cozy. The Ford was so delicious. We took breakfast and dinner for bochum days. In addition there is selfmade wine. Also it's easy to get in Touch with other travellers during the meals. We spent a beautiful evening unter the pavillon with some bottles of red wine.

What to say . I have travelled many places in many countries around the world but I’ve never been hosted by better people than Teo and David. Place is perfect , food is exelent the tour I had with David in Mashlovani park will forever live in my memory as one of the best experiences when it comes to nature in my life. Don’t miss this place if you are going to Georgia - I can guarantee you that you will not meet more kind, honest and fun people as these hosts anywhere. I will come back 🙏🇬🇪

We had a truly fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they helped us with some questions about our trip.The cottage we stayed in was absolutely charming, with a very comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner with traditional Georgian dishes and the most generous breakfast we’ve had! We felt completely relaxed and recharged here. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place. So nice and warm welcome. Perfect familiehouse, and the food was amazing. David showed us the nationalpark and we usually don’t book a guide but on trips like these - we were really happy that David was driving his car so we could enjoy the wonderful place. Just don’t go to Georgia without visiting this place.

The people at the property are wonderful! It's clear that a lot of love and attention has gone into both the space and the art of hosting. The cottages are clean, spacious, and feel like home. There's plenty of room to relax throughout the property, whether you're enjoying solitude or socializing with other guests—plus, the view is fantastic. Though we stayed just one night, we could have easily extended our stay. The hosts are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to assist with anything you need, including planning day trips. Very cosy and familiar, really nice garden and fantastic food.

Food was excellent and huge portion sizes. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, will give recommendations for your whole Georgia trip. We booked a tour with David, the owner, who showed us the Vashlovani nature Reserve, the abandoned military airfield and told us many interesting things about the area and local history.

Unbelievable place, feels like a home away from home. Best place to explore Vashlovani National Park from. Hosts are very helpful!

David and Teo are very kind people and amazing hosts. I was doing a full day tour with David in the Vashlovani National Park, and it was the highlight of my first (and not last) vacation in Georgia. Madloba :)
