“Dirty/shower not working”
one of my worst stays. most of the hotels in Bamberg were booked out and this „hotel“ (calling it a hotel is a big stretch!) was one of the few available places left . the place was dirty, the few pictures they have online had nothing to do with the room we stayed in, the shower drain didn’t work, and when we tried to see what could be done, gross stuff resurfaced from under the drain-top. the staff was also quite indifferent to the issue when I raised it during the checkout. Oh and for whatever reason, there was no cold water coming out of the tap or the shower, it was boiling hot making impossible to even wash hands. I’d strongly recommend to travelers who are checking this listing to avoid staying here.

“Good value for money”
The hotel was a big parking place and the rooms are comfy but old. Everything smells in the hotel so I think it needs some refreshing. But since Bamberg is an expensive city, this was the best option to spend the night. We went by car so I have no idea of the public transportation, but the hotel is not near the city center
