“Can never stay in such a low class hotel”
The hotel was a sham dirty smelly old and dirty carpet’s furniture bedding was like it would have bed bugs We cancelled immediately on arrival and they refused to refund full amounts in spite of not staying there at all Booking was payment at the hotel they had removed the full payment before arrival Whilst discussing the issue of refund the lady who answered the phone hung up Very unbecoming of a hotel staff Cannot not be recommended to any body

“Wonderful People !”
When I went in, I was greeted right away with a nice smile and treated by the front desk lady so nicely. She was very pleasant. Easy check-in and was told about the breakfast and the times. Got my room key cards and off we went

“Decent value but items need to be addressed.”
The hot prepared food was not very fresh and overcooked. Shower tub wall was very high to climb over. Water flow in the shower was extremely low. The computer system was down most of the day so I was waiting in the lobby to get checked into my room.
