The infrastructure of the hotel when considering the whole complex (cassino, restaurant and events center) is what you would expect of a chain hotel. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the main pedestrian street and that was really convenient.

Great hotel in the centre of town but not noisy. Could walk to everything. Break fast was good but would like some healthy choices like cereal, or yoghurt.

“Fun Memorable Getaway”

I was shocked how nice this "Resort" was. Not a normal Holiday Inn Express this is a Resort. Very nice, quiet and clean resort. Very comfortable beds. Very convenient to fun: Casino, restaurant on site or nearby restaurants, walking into downtown Deadwood, close to outdoor theatre for movies/music, and convenient drive to Spearfish Canyon, Mt Rushmore, etc.

“2 fabulous nights in Deadwood”

This hotel was perfectly located for a few days in Deadwood and the surrounding area. The bed was really comfortable, and I enjoyed dinner at Dale's one evening and breakfast on both mornings.

Amazing location of hotel situated at the top end of the main street. Easy walking access to all town facilities. Good secure parking. Room was very clean and quiet. Hotel linked to a casino with coffee shop.

Excellent location and parking, easy walking distance to downtown Deadwood Deadwood itself was a great base for us to explore the Black Hills over three days Comfy, large rooms with really good beds Nice amenities and on site restaurants and bars Casino on site was fun

No breakfast - advertised breakfast for $10 online but??? Would have been nice to be aware of construction going on - rooms were great!!!

The location of the hotel is really good and the covered parking is very nice. The beds are very comfortable.

To many dogs. I have allergies to dogs and they were everywhere in the hallways and casino even in the restaurant. Over the top could not get away from them. It was crazy some people had 3/4 dogs. They were on leashes but felt like I was staying in a dog kennel. Air conditioning in the room was so loud it kept us awake. Sounded like a semi running through the room.
