“Insulted and turned away... Despite paying...”
They did not have our booking upon arrival, despite us providing confirmation and credit card receipts. They would not help troubleshoot, and insisted it was our problem. The front desk was incredibly rude. We ended up with no room after travelling many hours, and we're still waiting for our refund... For the night we didn't get to stay. The staff chided us for using booking.com - wasted hours of our time and were deeply condescending. Stay far, far away from this scam.

“Best value I ever had.”
The room was spacious, everything was clean and in working order. The room was on the back of the building, so our view was of a little creek. Even though the room was next to the elevator, we didn't hear much noise, neither from the casino nor from other guests. Especially considering the price, this is the best value for a room ever.
