“Cheap convenient and a great place for a budget accommodation with extremely friendly staff”
Location was good, we was at the race track every day, it was clean. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice. Couldn’t recommend them more. Had a very large fridge a gym freezer in the room and the air-conditioning worked well

“Basic accommodation but well situated for Speedway 500”
Great location for concert venue which was the Speedway 500. Situated 6 miles from the actual beach but if you do your homework you'd know this already. The accommodation was basic & was at full capacity for the weekend we were there which was fine. You get what you pay for. Monday came & we saw some shady looking characters. They looked like drug addicts if I'm honest & if we'd seen them on our first day I wouldn't have felt comfortable there.

I paid for 2 nights that i wasn't even there, they did not come in and clean we had to take our own garbage out , they didn't change our towels out !

Property was unkept The staff were mostly difficult to deal with. I had bedbug bites all over my back & they accused me of bringing them in but I only stayed there for 14 days.

“Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Checked out Monday. Not much to offer.”
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE .. The room was clean. We did see a roach in the bathroom. The air conditioner above dripped onto ours (loudly). The elevator was out of order on Saturday. I booked the room a week prior at $117.00. But, when I checked out, I was charged over $200.00. No coffee. No breakfast. No extra towels, no amenities. I would not have picked this motel @ $200.00 had I known my charges were going to be bumped up. This facility is not worth it!!
