What happens is that you made a reservation, and for health reasons, you need to cancel, but it's unsuccessful. So, you try to at least change your details, but get no response. Maybe the hotel is good, but the customer service is simply awful.

This resort is wonderful. Conveniently located to grocery stores, places to eat and souvenir shops. Staff is the best!! Great pool area and beach access.

Location is in Daytona Beach which is great. They have special keys for the room that's like a bracelet you wear, it's handy especially if you go to the beach
