“Uncomfortable beds”
Marcell at the front desk was an example of how everyone should aspire to be perfect gentlemen! Kind, well mannered, attentive, and knowledgeable. The location was perfect for us close to visiting family. The room was clean and quiet.

“A decent hotel, to get a good nights sleep while travelling.”
I chose this hotel as I needed an overnight stop on a long journey. Hotel presents well from the outside. Lobby and public areas are fresh. Staff were pleasant. Rooms looked a little tired, but beds and linen were excellent. Breakfast was made to order and was tasty.

“Comfortable and clean during a pandemic”
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The grounds were accessible for our dog as well as clean. No dog feces, making it safe and sanitary.

it’s dog friendly which is great but had barking dogs in nearby room during the afternoon when I needed sleep after a red eye flight.

. The front desk attendant , Shanice was very courteous and helpful in changing from the first room that smelled of mold or mildew perhaps. Then to another room where the linen was dirty but that’s bit her fault.
