“never going back, very bad experience”

Customer service very badly, horrible cleaning, bad breakfast, three types of food only coffee with milk, poor room service, do not clean the bedroom reception do not speak English, dirty lift, dirty corridor, interdicted pool, do not recommend at all, photos do not indicate with the place, very different, if you want head pain goes to this hotel

Friendly staff, easy check-in, and the room was the best I have ever seen, for a hotel...unbelievably huge, a lot of space, relaxing and secure...felt like I was home, to be honest...great price

Hotel is not too crowded and we were able to relax. Room is spacious and bright. Great location! Just a few minutes drive away from restaurants, beach, shopping and activities.

location first, it's right next door to the Daytona racetrack, very convenient if you plan to do the tour. also, the boardwalk is not far and the beach. ISMAIL, our front desk agent, was the best, gave us tips and recommendations as to where to eat, and what to visit. the whole hotel is spotless clean and feels very new. room was amazing. breakfast was generous and tasty. i loved this hotel. prices were amazing also

The parking was slim. The laundry room needs a change machine because the front desk didn't have change.

There were two front desk employees that were great, I had no issues with the two of them. They knew their job and they helped me out very well. I had a check in issue and these two helped solve my problem.
