The fine printPlease note, HURRICANE UPDATE: Sunglow Resort has finally reopened after 7 months of closure for renovations! However, the pool & spa completion is expected by June 2024 (subject to change). Beach access is next door at Sunglow Pier. Please inquire before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay as this information is evolving The Sunglow building has some after-effects caused by Hurricane Ian and Tropical Storm Nicole that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. The condo unit is currently available based on it being in a rentable condition. We are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our condo!! There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. Please inquire if you have any further questions about the building amenities. AMENITIES UPDATE: Please note, the pool & spa are UNAVAILABLE and completion is expected by June 2024 (subject to change). Pricing has been DISCOUNTED during time. Beach access is at Dahlia Avenue Park (which has parking, showers, bathroom and a playground.) just north of the Sunglow building approximately 1 block OR South of the property just past Ocean villas.. Please inquire before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay as this information is evolving.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
