5/5 for the linen & gardens. Comfortable beds with heaters, electric blankets & an air con! Spacious, clean rooms, walkable to the city centre. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Nicely furnished. Uncluttered, a bit impersonal which suited us. However, some books etc would have been nice.

Ann's property is beautiful, comfortable and warm! Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of blankets and comfy beds. Lots of heating options, which is essential in winter. It's in a perfect location, very central but quiet. We walked everywhere.

Hidden Hedges was perfectly located. A few minutes walk to the city centre and to the main attractions in Daylesford. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 4.
