Gwens cottage exceeded our expectations. Photos did no do this place justice. The host was very kind to have breakfast options set up with cereals, porridge, milk and butter in the fridge. Beds were extremely comfortable and loved that there were extra blankets if needed. Location is also amazing right before you enter the main town and also the beautiful daylesford lake only a short walk arcross the road. Would definitely stay again.

It was clean and comfortable, nice big beds and a good shower. The kitchen was clean and had all the facilities. Great location, easy walk into the town centre

Only issue was the messaging . Nothing welcoming , just threats. Like walking on eggshells, worried we'd do something wrong. Anyway , we went out for dinner and watered the flowers ...

Extremely well presented - the photos don’t do it justice! The extra amenities are great including the mounted tvs in each bedroom was a really nice treat. Super close to everything also.

Beautiful property, great location and easy to get to. Instructions received were really clear on how to access and what needed to be done before we left. Nice AC for the hot weather. Comfy lounge and dining space. Beautiful rooms.

So convenient to the local area. Clean, Neat and tidy. Beds are so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Tv in bedroom with streaming service. Nice cuppa tea with tv before bed was like heaven. A get away with all the comforts of home. Gwen’s is beautifully decorated.

The place was beautifully presented. Everything was in working condition. Beds were comfortable and basics were available eg Tea,coffee and little extras on the dining table meant I didn’t have to race to the supermarket on the day of arriving.

Gwens was a beautiful cottage and lived up to expectations. Very, very comfortable bed, beautifully clean. The key was very easy to find. A lovely amount of tea, milk provided. Just down the road from the Main Street - would have been in walking distance if I was younger. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a break away in Daylesford.

Very clean and comfortable house. The host kindly left a snack basket on the table for us which was very kind. Very cose to the shops and lake in Daylesford. We would definitely stay here again.
