We had a truly wonderful stay! The property was beautifully decorated, warm, and incredibly cosy. It had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect holiday away from home, and we felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again!

“Definitely a 'home away from home' with all the amenities and comfort for our leisure time away.”
There was an unexpected leaking hose connecting mains water to the dishwasher. It happened sometime in the early morning. After communicating with the owner, a plumber was sent in the morning and the problem fixed straightaway. The owner was apologetic and left a hamper for us at the door in the afternoon when we were out. A nice gesture.

Being just on edge of town, but close to everything, gave us privacy and convenience. Home has everything needed, especially if you wish to cook. Comfortable and homely.

“Great place!”
The property is beautiful; cosy and perfect for a weekend away with every detail thought of by the hosts James & Ric. The house has everything you could need - it’s situated just a short drive form Daylesford town and a 15 minute walk to the lake. Perfect for a couple or small group of friends. Would highly recommend staying at Chateau Rosemund.

Very stylish interior design detail throughout the property. Well heated with central heating, fireplace and split systems in each room. Has a gorgeous outdoor dining setting for a picnic or meal in the warmer weather. Property was very close to town, easy to locate and was perfect for our group.
