“Superb”

Guardaval is an amazing place. It is located on a mountainside in Davos Dorf and the appartment has a beautiful panoramic view from the balcony. The appartment is fully furbished and equipped (the kitchen as well, at the first entrance only a soap is lacking). The building was constructed in '70 I believe and is still furbished with a very well mantained furniture and equippement of those times-a nostalgic journey for those who loves it-we do. The appartament is spacious, beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean (there is only some lime in the bathtub), the heating works perfectly and there is always hot water in taps. Arrive at the suggested time-the reception is open with limited hours-and be prepared to present ID's of all guests (children incl.) along with the payment in cash only the local tax and the garage fee. Take Salzgabastr. from the side of Hotel Meierhof. The parking is at the bottom of the building (to get there 2WD vehicle is enough) but the main entrance where you are expected to arrive is far higher and in Winter 4x4 is advisable to avoid being stucked on a steep, one line, mountainside street (the option is to stop the car at the parking with the driver inside to maneuver if someone place (all private) is blocked and let one adult to climb the hill to the main entrance). There is a possibility to store skis and boots in the open warm place (just a shelf not dryer). Parsenn station is just 3 min away on foot. There is a swimming pool on site with glazed walls (for those who can swim), sauna (at extra cost- you have to book in advance), table tennis and table football, the room for boardgames and the kid's room.

Perfect localization, really nice view and great to have pool and kids room.
