They offered us a free airport transfer, greeted us with a very warm smile from the moment we arrived, and explained all the schedules and details of our stay. The food was delicious and perfect for sharing. We wished we could have stayed longer and will return as soon as we can. Thank you for everything City Plaza!

“Solid option for good price, nice breakfast and overall stay”

I liked that the hotel offered a free airport shuttle. It also had a very nice hot breakfast. The beds were comfy and the room had a large AC which kept the room nice and cool. The price was also quite reasonable.

Clean rooms, buffet breakfast from 6.30 onwards, close to a supermarket and some restaurants. 10 minutes to the city centre or bus terminal with a taxi.

I stayed for just one night, but everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety. Overall, a pleasant stay—no complaints!

Conveniently located and close to everything. I like that it includes breakfast. The rooms cleanliness and size exceeded expectations. Felt very safe in this hotel.

The staff were phenomenal and allowed me to check-in a bit earlier than expected with no extra fee. Also, the hotel was pet friendly as advertised, located close to a Romero grocery store, and offered an included breakfast that left me feeling ready to take on the day ahead!

Staff were great, and really were vested in making sure you had everything needed. Room was bright and cozy. David is not a place for tourists really, but we were forced to stay due to road closures and unrest.

“Pleasant Stay in a Nice Hotel”

This is a normal, standard business hotel with the usual amenities. Breakfast was a good combination of continental, American and Panamanian items. The rooms were fine. Parking was scarce when we came, so we had to park behind some other cars, left our keys at the reception and when more space was available, they parked the car well and returned the keys to us. Although this was a minor inconvenience, it was an issue only once and the reception found a good solution.

City hotel. Clean modern rooms. .Everything works. A big plus is the very friendly and highly professional staff.

“Very agreeable 2-night stay”

The hotel is fairly new and the staff at Reception friendly and welcoming, especially, Mr. Ulises. The Room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. The furniture was modern and of good quality. The bathroom was modern with a good shower area. The restaurant off the Lobby offered food all day long and the menu was varied. The food was good and the 2 for 1 cocktails were tasty.
