I’ve been to this property numerous times. It is always kept beautiful, amenities were great, location is excellent, condo was nicely equipped with the extras like dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags (which not all do and it is helpful)

The complex was clean and safe and the villa was lovely, comfortable and clean. Shops and take aways just round the corner which was very convenient.

I liked the location of the property, it was close to the Disney parks. The security of the property also was good. Facilities at the resort was also nice, good pool, water slide. Nice place for family outing.

Apartment 3041, please don't rent out until you fix it, I booked Apartment in January to use from 15th August 2022, but was surprised when I checked in with my children after 12 hours flight to be welcomed by a very dirty house, Cockroachs all over, insects, cobwebs hair in the bathrooms, hair in the fridge come on this is 2022.

Communication before and during. On the site there was a number to call to contact the host it never worked. During the stay I called to ask about no charis on the back porch and another matter no return call

“BAD”
the cleanliness no condiments coffee etc. stained and dirty furniture.knowing that it is COVID.DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS.THE WORSE I EVER BEEN.ONLY REASON WE STAYED WAS BECAUSE IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE.
