The villa had everything we needed to make our stay stress free and comfortable. The pool area was great and the hot tub a welcome sight after a long day in the parks.

Chelsea's exceptional villa gave our family of 6 the most comfortable enjoyable vacation in Florida, fantastic location central for many immersive activities that kept us happily entertained and busy, 3 weeks was definitely not long enough to enjoy what the villa and its location has to offer. Our host Chelsea is most attentive helpfull and caring, we would love to holiday here again.

We had the best time, the host went above and beyond for us. The villa was perfect, it has everything you could need, was so clean, spacious, well thought out and homely without feeling at all cluttered. We really felt comfortable, safe and at home and were so sad to leave. The pool and separate hot tub were fab and there is plenty of outdoor space. We went for walks around the neighborhood and everyone was very friendly, even telling us a rocket was about to launch and where we could see it from! Our new fave place to stay!

Chelsea, the owner, made all the difference. She was attentive, responsive & genuinely wants you to have a great time. The villa was as good (if not better) than the pictures. We were truly blessed and would definitely come back. The master bedroom & bathroom are amazing!! Great location near the I4 & parks etc. Lovely neighbourhood. A real gem.

The villa was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. We spent most of our time outside and our boys loved the heated pool and hot tub. Chelsea was the best host, replying really quickly to our messages and going the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

House is in beautiful Tuscan Ridge. Everything you would like to have was available in the house. Garden and pool are north facing, but even in the October month we had the sun from early morning till 16:00 in the afternoon. No neighbours close by, so pretty private in the surroundings of the pool. Contact with Chelsea was perfect, especially via WhatsApp. If there was an issue (which rarely happened) communication was quick. On arrival a bottle of wine, some water, popcorn and other things were there. All in all a place definitely worth visiting again and I would highly recommend this.
