“Exceptional, by far the nicest holiday home we have stayed in and fantastic owners.”
We have been taking our holiday in the Davenport area of Florida for over 24 years and without doubt, this was by far the nicest & best holiday home we have stayed in. The property is exceptionally well maintained, clean, comfortable and homely. We felt at all times safe and secure on the wonderful Solterra resort. Paul & Elena, the owners, made us feel extremely welcome and kept in touch with us without become intrusive to check that we were happy with everything. We loved all the little extras that they provided, such as coffee, tea, washing tablets etc and we were extremely touched with the welcome gift of flowers and chocolates that greeted us on arrival, as they knew we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. If we get the opportunity to visit Florida again, this holiday home will be at the very top of our list to stay in.

“Perfect vacation”
The owners gave us the feeling that we were very welcome and that they were very much concerned with our well-being. The house exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was modern and equipped with all required appliances. We enjoyed very comfortable beds. The complete house was decorated very tasteful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the Super Bowl on the outside TV. Finally, the complete house was spotless clean.
