The property is stunning, in a fantastic gated community. The local club house is within walking distance and is in a lovely setting. The house itself is lovely, plenty of space.

The whole process of renting this villa was straight forward with clear communication throughout. The villa is huge, clean with everything you need to have a great time. Locating the villa was easy and accessing the gated community was all included in the communications. We had an issue with one of the bathroom doors locking (our fault) One email and it was sorted within the hour. The location is great for exploring Florida, we travelled as far as Miami for an overnight stay. Parks are around 30 min away by car. I would not recommend Publix, as it is very expensive, take the time to travel to Walmart, prices are alot more resonable. The pool is great with good depth at one end, there are loads of float toys in the games room. Bedrooms are huge, with each having an en suite with made life alot easier. We mixed busy days exploring, with chilled villa days to recover. We had a fantastic time, this villa is very resonably priced and was a fantastic base for us to have a memorable holiday.

Everything was superb. Outstanding value for money. We knew it was a little further away from the theme parks and a lot of the attractions but we can’t really complain for the price we paid.

The property is very spacious and bright, plenty of seating if you were to have guests over for dinner. The beds were all comfy and excellent sizes.

Location was great, Villa was very spacious and modern. Tv channels were brilliant, pool was very clean with multiple pool accessories. Security staff were friendly. We played golf in the resort and found everyone very friendly.

I liked the bedrooms and the home overall except for a few small items. The pool and game room were the highlight for us all.

Enjoyed home and walked in the area every day. The pool at home and at the clubhouse are great! Also made great use of exercise gym at clubhouse. We felt safe in the area.
