“Nice night time staff. Day time less than friendly. Hotel filthy.”

This hotel advertises a swimming pool. The pool was out of order for the entire visit, no apology, alternative facility, or refund was offered. The hotel is filthy in the bedroom areas. My room had blood on sheets on both of the beds upon arrival. Disgusting. The cleaning staff hardly speak any English and did not bother to clean our rooms on our final full days. If this is what a Radisson hotel is supposed to me in the 2020's they might as well file for bankruptcy now.

“Reasonably priced hotel that is a few minutes away from I-80”

location was conveniently a few minutes' drive from Interstate-80. Internet connection was very fast, up to 400 Mbps. Highly recommend them if just for internet connection alone. Breakfast was OK

The “ front desk staff “ : Singh. He does not have manners , he is very rude . Around 10 pm on our arrival day a guess opened the door of my room , when I called him he told me that it was a mistake , when my husband went to the front desk , Singh blamed on us that we did not close the door properly! On Sunday , we checked out at 6:am and we asked him if we can get a cup of hot water to mix it with oat meal since we have a business meeting at 6:30 am : he denied it , he told the person who was already in the kitchen preparing breakfast not to give a cup of hot water to us ! He looks sick, apparently he does not sleep , he was in the hotel since we arrived on Friday night until we left on Sunday morning . He needs to learn how to treat the clients !

The location was perfect for a single night stop over. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The location was fine. We were near a restaurant that we went for dinner. We were close to the highway.

“It was a perfect weekend!”

The breakfast was perfect. It lasted from 7 to 10 o'clock, there was plenty and a large selection, and the waitress even filled the containers on the counter 10 minutes before 10 o'clock. Excellent accommodation to relax for a day or while passing through. I recommend!

The room was huge with a great king-size bed. Breakfast area was big and peaceful and very clean even during breakfast.
