We stayed here for one week. The place was clean, and everything we needed was available in the unit, including a microwave, utensils, and a washing machine. The owner was nice and very responsive to all our inquiries. The place felt very safe because it is guarded 24/7. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and SM Ecoland.

My family loved their stay. Also the host are very approachable and kind too. Loved the location, because of the sunrise and sunset seen in the unit by the window. Personally, I also loved that they put a little altar in the unit so I find myself reading the bible.

“A Wonderful Christmas at Elzaiza's Cozy Home”
We liked everything in our stay— complete amenities, the organized unit layout, cozy aesthetic, clean and comfy beds, and many more. What we really liked about our stay is the smoothness of our check in and check out process. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the people behind it so I'd like to thank ma'am/sir Carlo, Laila, Faith, and Romy for this wonderful experience. We'll surely consider visiting Elaiza's Cozy Home Matina Enclaves Building C Unit 815 again.

The host was amazing upon arrival. Showed how to use everything in the condo. I stayed in the Philippines for a month, traveling, and this was by far the cleanest and best place that I stayed at, also a very comfortable bed after a long flight, the view was great, the seating area was a luxury. For the money it was well worth the stay

“my only regret was I wasn’t able to beek this properly for another week or two”
I liked this property as soon as I open the door. A good size with everything you need to make you stay great. That security staff who I had contact with every day could not be more helpful and I thank everyone one of them.
