Located good and close to family members and quiet despite airplanes fly directly overhead but we knew that so no big deal and it wasn't a problem at all. Overall it suited our needs. Used the pool once only but it was clean and well maintained so good. Aircon in bedroom was fine and TV too with lots of choices. 7th floor unit so a reasonably good view to Samal Island.

Great value for money. If feels like being home. It's got everything you will need your stay. This area very safe, too. I accidentally left my car window open and a security guard went up to our room and told us about it.

It was one of the best overnight stays with my family in Davao. The overlooking view was great. It has 2 bedrooms I think the place is good up to 4-5 people. Plus its very near in the airport so its great to stay there if you have an upcoming flight.
