When the airconditiong broke down, miss Amore immediately arranged different accommodation for us. She was quick in her responses. Big recommendation if you're going to stay in Davao. It's also at walking distance of Ayala Abreeza.

The unit has great location within the city center. Excellent host and very accommodating. Very clean and accessible to all the surrounding areas. We would like to extend our appreciation to Amore who had amazing hospitality. Great host!

Great location, high up on the 25th floor with a nice view oft the city (there are 32 floors in total). Spacious studio apartment. Great aircon. Hot water in the shower was good and relatively strong with pressure. Very quiet residence - which allowed us to sleep/rest. Relatively "central" to anywhere you want to go in Davao. About a 10-15 minutes drive to/from airport (less than 200php taxi fare), and very friendly 24/7 service at the front desk. Elevators are modern and relatively fast to arrive upon call. BONUS: The AEON Towers are right next to Abreeza mall (as in right next door... only 1-2 minutes' walking time. TONS of restaurants to choose from, and anything you want to buy is right there! Amore was the person who checked us in, and she was super friendly, super helpful (plenty of good answers to questions about touring the city - and she's very proud of her city!), and we just knew after meeting her that we booked the right accommodation. Thanks, Amore!

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. The unit was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect—close to all the local attractions but in a quiet neighborhood, so I could relax after a busy day. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were very responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot! I would definitely stay here again.

“Horrible! Poorly maintained, hard to breathe, faulty contact information for room, dirty tampons...”

What a disaster this room is! We travelled all day to get to Davao and were exhausted. We arrived at 2:15 (15 minutes after check-in time). Front desk then informed us the room had to be cleaned. Was supposed to be ready at 2pm. 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby and we're finally given the key to the room. We enter the room and are assaulted by a thick fog of air freshener. Sprayed so thick it was hard to breathe and not a scent we like at all. But, no windows, so we're stuck with that until the next afternoon when it fully dissipates. Settle in to rest and BAM, BAM, BAM, BAM.... room next to us in under renovation and they are banging on walls with chisels and hammers. We call the front desk and are informed that the owner of this unit knew there was scheduled construction and should have told us. Go to put some items in the garbage and it isn't empty, only one item in it. A bloody used tampon from a previous visitor. So, we have to get rid of the trash and maybe that's the odor they were trying to cover? Over the next day it becomes obvious this place only gets a superficial wipedown. Water spots on doors, windows, mirrors. Toilet could use a scrub. Etc... 2nd and last night here the A/C stops working. So, we call the number left by the owner of this unit and she says “maybe there's a brownout, generator in the building can't handle load for A/C units. I'll call someone”. I look out the window, street lights are on, there's no brownout, this is a blowoff. Call number back, no answer. Fine, I'm going down to the lobby. Only security guards are around, but they call the actual building maintenance crew. Maintenance guys werenn't called by anyone about our room, neither was front desk. They ask where our card is with the real numbers for this tower. We don't have one, only the homemade card left by the owner of unit with a bogus number. A/C breaker gets fixed, but now is fan only.
