The locations, the building and the town were lovely! It's an old building, with a lot of old cool furniture and paintings etc.

Breakfast was superb - excellent choice and quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged dinner for us at a nearby restaurant and checked that our two dogs would be welcome. We felt very welcome and comfortable and had a good night's sleep in a lovely room. Were able to park outside the hotel without a problem - plenty of spaces.

This is really a wonderful hotel with special features. It does offer the period characteristics and makes one experience the living in a castle. Meanwhile, it has all the necessary modern facilities, with a high hygienity standard. Comfortable bed, superb breakfast, kind people, decent peer guests, nice decor and convenient parking. We will be happy to visit again in the future.

Perfect hostess. Petra was the most pleasant and friendly person who accommodated all our wishes even hot chocolate in the morning and French cake evening. And the most delightful assortment of drinks and cakes imaginable.

The castle setting, it is like travelling back in time. Nice furniture and decorations. Great location on the Eifelsteig. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast lots of choice.
