“Comfortable, spacious, relaxed accomodation in Bohol”
We had the penthouse apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was in working order, the water, the kitchen, the shower and the toilet as well as the ceiling fans and the air conditioning. Drinking water was provided in our room. The pool was also nice and big enough to swim a little. The location is close enough to the nearby cave and the Napaling riff. Also Tagbilaran is just 10 to 15 minutes by taxi. Food is easily available with Grab and comes quickly. Be aware that the little cat on site demands a substantial fraction of your dinner. We paid less than 8500 pesos for this apartments for two nights, it can host up to four people — a very reasonable price. I would absolutely stay at this place again and can recommend it 100%. Communication with the staff was very smooth, prompt and friendly. They spontaneously allowed us a quite late checkout, which we were very grateful for.

A hidden gem...beautiful and quiet. The Penthouse suite was very spacious as was the huge patio with a view over to Tagbilaran and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen and fridge made it convenient for me to prepare my own meals. Last but not least...the owners and the team at Seaview Hills were amazing! I felt home from the first to the last moment of my stay. Thank you very much and see you again...

“For the price it is not horrible - but the pics and description seem to be from "better days".”
If you want an out of the way quite place. This will suit nicely. Rooms are large. Aircons in lounge and bedroom. Views were nice enough. Owner was on site and pleasant enough to talk with. Balcony was also a good size. Staff were pleasant. Wifi was good when it was up (from lounge area).

Advertising as a luxury apartment depending on what your understanding of luxury is ? Was disappointed on the arrival apartment situated on top of the steep hill like a ski slope and tired and worn apartment booking no refundable, so I had to take it on cheek would give it a miss if went to boho again

Seaview hills luxury apartments is very nice place with beautiful view. Property is beautiful and easy to locate, big lounge with aircon and TV and balcony is extremely big., kitchen has everything you need for cooking provided by management. Spacious bedroom and very comfortable kind size bed, bathroom is spacious with bathtub and separate hot shower which is great 😊. Swimming pool is big and view from the swimming pool is fantastic. Staff welcome us with big smile, very friendly and helpful. They are very attentive and always willing to help. Owner is very generous, we Check out late but he didn't charge us any penny. Thank you sir for your generosity, we will definitely stay in your property when we come back in Bohol. Everything is 5 star, Highly recommended

“Disappointing, especially for the high price.”
The place does look like in the pictures. The location is convenient to access most of the island. The staff supported me paying the tuk tuk on arrival as he did not have enough change.
