The owners are very nice and made us feel welcome. The pool is big and the rooms are comfortable. We even extended for some days because it was such a nice place to chill a bit. It is a bit outside so it is good to have your own transportation.

“An awesome place to stay”

A fantastic place to stay in Panglao. The huts are big, super comfortable and really clean. The wi-fi is great, the common area with the pool beautiful and so nice to chill around, the restaurant serves delicious food and the staff is super super nice. The location is perfect for sightseeing both Panglao and Bohol. I can 100% recommend and will surely come back if I’m in Panglao again 🌞

We had a beautiful, big, clean bungalow with ac, kettle, free water and a big TV. There was a big pool and a nice commin area to sit. Wifi was good. For breakfast there was a selection of different meals as well as coffee and juice. You can rent a motorbike at the accomodation.

Great value and nice big bungalows with large bed, Huge TV, comfy sofa and good wifi. Nice breakfast, good restaurant and convenient location in Dauis between Alona beach and Tagbilaran city (where the ferry port is located) nice new motorbikes and parking available.

“lovely stay with come-back solution”

a pleasant stay at ICE-BEAR-BAR/ Hacienda de Fredensborg! It was a positive surprise to stay in such a nice resort with very clean superior swimmingpool, the very nice an helpful staff - all in all good meals (whatever you ordered) - a warm welcome and a friendly together (you felt like in a family home). Room was tidy clean, hot shower and always fresh made smell from bedsheet and towels. I liked it very much to hang out my laundry and ready to start with dry towel at next morning already. Pool is lovely fired with differeent color-lights at night and invites you to swim at evening hours. They rent different sized motorbikes including helmet! - and you can choose for your own comfort. Bike-parking is under a roof; location was perfect for me - as its more closed to Tagbilaran (in 7minutes to City) - which offers you the better seaview in evening with plenty local restaurant, barbecue, live-bands and local nightlife! Its a 15min drive to Alona and 20min until end of Panglao-beaches. I prefered the trips to main-Bohol... in an hour to Chocolate hills or 1.5 hours to Anda... in 2.5 hours to Ubay. my 100% recommendation to choose Ice-Bear-Bar again during my next stay!! .. its worth the price including breakfast...

“Good value rooms - needs better cleaning”

The hotel offered a large room, with a large communal pool. We enjoyed the breakfast omelettes! The hotel was flexible and accommodating when we extended our stay.

The host was very helpful. She picked us up from the airport waiting delays. The hotel was amazing to stay, and breakfast was excellent. The pool is clean and nice. It's a very calm place to stay with the family. It's only 200 pesos to Alona beach ⛱️

The food was great. Pool also. The family room was nice and big. Sad to leave.

“Comfortable and good value accomodation with large rooms”

Great location, located on Panglao island fairly close by to Tagbilaran port to get the ferry to and from Cebu city but also close enough to Alona beach for restaurants and nightlife. Quiet area so very peaceful with very good size bungalow and large bathroom. Good wifi and huge TV in the room. Nice relaxing pool area and plenty of parking available. They can also arrange ferry or airport pick up drop off. A great find and will use again when visiting Bohol.
