“Relaxed friendly atmosphere with amazing staff”

The location and atmosphere was beautiful, the staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make us comfortable. When we had to leave before breakfast on our last day they left us sandwiches and a thoughtful note to take with us. It honestly felt like such a special place and the staff were a big part of that, they felt like a good group of friends and they wanted us to feel part of that. They tried very hard to communicate with us even though we speak no Turkish! The breakfasts by the beach were absolutely beautiful.

We had the best time at Datca Masal Gibi. The location is absolutely amazing, it couldn’t be any better! The staff is super nice and attentive. We felt very welcomed. We loved the cozy vibes of the rooms and the place itself.

Amazing staff make it a great place to stay - friendly, professional and we felt very welcome - it was great. Location is quiet and simply a very relaxing place to be. Food was excellent, in particular the seafood.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed visiting on the shoulder season, mid October, as the place was quiet and relaxed, without being empty. They have a sister restaurant along the beach, which we very much enjoyed eating at, especially as they have a lovely indoor area with a fire, for any cooler evenings. The accommodation is close to the beach front, and breakfast, served directly overlooking the tranquil bay, was a very tasty, and plentiful, selection of hot and cold foods. If you are lucky, as we were, you may come across a turtle or two, if you snorkel out from the beach, beyond the bathing area, and then come back for sundowners on the beach. We will definitely be back one of these days. Thank you, Murat and Helen, and all your staff. x

“A little fairy tale place in Datca”

The location is amazing, right on the beach. We stayed in one of the log chalets and it was clean and comfortable. A kettle and tea was provided which was a nice touch. The gardens are tranquil and peaceful. We saw a resident hedgehog on the nights we stayed. Murat was an excellent host and gave us a warm welcome. Definitely put a stay at Masal Gibi if you come to Datca.

The view is perfect! If you are tired from the big cities and people, so that is the best variant to relax. Just 5 small houses and nature! Beautiful zones near the houses and tasty food!

“Beautiful seaside hotel”

Very cute hotel on the beach and great restaurant ! We loved it! The beach is so close and nice, but only rocks.

Excellent location, staff, food, ambiance... The staff was so kind and friendly. The food was literally excellent. The sea is great! We stayed 3 nights and there was no need to step out neither for dinner nor for any other bay. Though Hayıtbükü is very small bay, you have it all to rest your head. Many thanks to all staff!

“Gorgeous and chilled (but don't tell anyone or they'll all want to come!)”

- the location - you can hear the waves when you're laying in bed at night. The village has a few cafe's/restaurants and one mini market but the lack of facilities is part of its charm. - the bungalow - we booked one night in an economy cabin and one night in a comfort but they upgraded us to two nights in comfort. It's spacious enough, the shower was hot and the beds are comfortable. - the staff - bayram is a total legend. He is kind, humble, hard working and always smiling. - the food - delicious. Some of it is quite pricey but we ate a couple of budget options and they were really good. Breakfast was great and had a bit of variety between the two days we stayed. - that beach..... I could live on it. Even in the rain it's beautiful. - parking - a few spaces just off the beach road. I imagine this is a total bonus in summer when parking must be at a premium down there.

Perfect place by the sea, calm ad beautiful bay. Attentive hosts and clean room. Really good experience! We really would love to come back to this wonderful place!
