It was spacious and well equipped. The children lived the pool. The owners and staff were helpful and responsive to any queries.

Dinos was a fantastic host! He arranged our transfer to the villa even when we had guests arriving at different times. He even left us some wine and got us a mosquito net for our babies cot after he got bitten. He also offered to take us to the supermarket with his car to help with the bags. Finally he arranged for us to stay at a neighbouring villa complex on our check-out day as our flight was a late one and he had more guests arriving. Villa St Nicholas is beautiful! There is a self contained apartment at the bottom with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two singles. The first floor of the main house had a double bed with an en suite and an extra bathroom by the front door. The top floor had a double bed with an en suite, and two other bedrooms with single beds. Each room had the space for lots of extra beds for more guests. The bbq was very good for cooking and we loved the pool (though it was very cold at the start of May!). Dinos told us he would be getting a heated pool for the cooler months next year which is exciting. Be sure to get yourselves extras such as: Toilet Roll, dishwasher tablets and bin bags. These run out quite quickly and aren’t refreshed until the cleaners come midweek. There is two small grocery shops nearby and plenty of restaurants to try out if you don’t want to venture far from Dassia. The bus stop is also only at the end of the road.

“Fabulous stay in a beautiful villa with wonderful hosts”

Dinos and his wife were fantastic hosts. We had a couple of nights in a nearby resort and on the morning of our stay they kindly collected us from the resort and took us to the villa. We were in touch throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Dinos also arranged transfers for the two other families that were staying with us and he arranged transfers back to the airport on the day we left. The villa itself was beautiful. There were 12 of us staying - three families with 6 teenagers and we all had plenty of room (3 doubles and 3 twin bedrooms). All the bedrooms were spacious and had access to either a balcony or outside terrace. There was a large balcony looking out onto the enclosed pool area. The pool was a good size and had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around it so we could all laze by the pool with time in the shade if needed. The kitchen had more or less everything we needed as we did eat in on a few occasions. The cleaners came in during the middle of the week when we stayed which was appreciated. The villa also includes a washing machine which is in very good working order and an English version of the control panel was provided which was helpful. The town of Dassia is a short walk away and the main Dassia beach is about a 15 minute walk along quite a busy road. Be prepared because Dassia beach is very very busy and much of it is taken up by a private hotel. But there are some good water sport providers and the sea is very clear!
