Overview
Kaloudis Studios & Apartments offers self-catering accommodation, set amidst a garden in the area of Dassia. Shops and taverns are available within 50 metres and the beach is less than 100 metres away. Each with a furnished balcony which facing the garden, the romantic air-conditioned studios and apartments feature iron beds and floral details. They come with a well-equipped kitchen, a satellite TV and CD player. There is a lending library available, if you wish to relax with a book at the garden. Free Wi-Fi access is available both in your room and in communal areas of the property. Both the airport and the main town of Corfu are around a 15-minute drive away. “Perfect”
What a wonderful little gem. We will certainly be back. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Off road parking very close to the beach, Tavernas and supermarket.

“Wonderful place”
The location is excellent, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There is a beautiful garden, and the rooms are very nice, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owner is amazing and goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome. Private parking is available on-site. The village is conveniently located near Kerkyra as well as Paleokastritsa. It's a wonderful place that I highly recommend, and I would gladly stay here again.

“Perfect!”
Everything was absolutely amazing! Our host Fotini was extremely kind and very responsive should we have any questions or need anything. The location is great, a short walk from Dassia beach, very close to a supermarket and there are multiple restaurants in the area. We had complementary coffee and cakes every morning and daily cleaning in the room. The room itself had everything we needed, including AC. When we're back to Corfu we'll definitely book this place again, highly recommend it.

“We have really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great place both for couples and families with children.”
It’s located 5 minutes from the beach, surrounded by beautiful garden. It gives a privacy but it’s n short distance to shops and restaurants.

“Wonderful apartment, friendly people (and cats), lovely beach front restaurants nearby.”
We were greeted on arrival and shown to our apartment which was spacious and clean with a nice view from the balcony. It was a short 2min walk to the beach where there are lots of restaurants. There are also two supermarkets nearby. If you are a meat lover be sure to check out the Barbacoa Restaurant for slow bbq smoked ribs and brisket. Perfect!

“Wonderful!”
The apartment has everything you need during the vacation and even more - extra coffee, morning sweet delights, daily cleaning, well maintained garden around the complex and welcoming beautiful host. The beach is just around the corner and all needed supermarkets&restaurants are at walking distance.

“Beautiful Holiday”
Everything was perfect without any exaggeration. Fotini is a very kind hostess, ready at any moment to meet even the smallest trifle. The accommodation is wonderful, the yard is beautiful, there are perfect deckchairs for sunbathing in the middle of the yard and a lot of additional facilities in the yard, such as a place for grilling, etc. There was always coffee and cookies waiting for us in the morning, and the accommodation was perfectly clean every time we came back from the beach. The location is perfect, just a few hundred meters from the water, in the immediate vicinity there is a bus station, a couple of restaurants, and two markets, and you can also rent a car and motorcycles right there. Fotini brightened our stay with her positive energy and our six-month-old baby also liked her very much.
