We stayed at Family Hotel Maia just for one night. The owner Maia is very friendly and will help you in solving any problem. The cottage was cozy and comfortable. There is a kitchen in the cottage so you can drink coffee/ tea and even cook. There is a big garden around cottages. Very nice place. It's not very close to the canyon, you'll need to walk. For us it was not a problem. I would stay there again.

Perfect

Place is clean, and comfortable. A little out of the way and travel by dirt road is required. Owner was helpful in recommending places to eat. Make sure to ask about breakfast in advance as this was something I wasn't aware about. I Would still recommend.

Great stay in a quiet village. Perfect to spend a few slow days exploring the Lake District of Georgia. Spacious room with everything you need. The property also has a great outdoor space. The host Maia is welcoming.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is beautiful. It has everything you need. Cottage is very clean and modern. Hostess are very welcoming, kind and helpful. She very kindly offered us some cakes and snacks and everything, what we needed ❤️

Maya was very friendly and helped us for buying some things in the shop because we came by bike. There was a nice garden and we had a nice dinner and cooked ourselve

The host, Maya, was very helpful and generous. She provided us with extra dishes, wood and tools for barbecue, access to washing mashine; bought some products for us when we ran out of them and generally was always friendly and ready to help. The houses are located in the village, but there's only a 10 minute walk towards beautiful views at the surrounding snowy mountains and Dashbash canyon. It's also pleasant to just rest in the garden: there's a small fish pond, a fireplace, BBQ amenities, swing, chairs and tables. We were travelling as a company of 2 families and occupied a big house consisting of two very similar parts. Each compartment is a rectangle with a cupboard, beds (double and single or 3 singles), a couch, a kitchen table with chairs, small kitchen and separated bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Initially it was quite cold, but over the first night the heater raised the temperature, and it was comfortable for the rest of the time. The double bed mattress is very good! The bedding is also nice, and quite warm. Boiler worked well, we did't have any issues with hot water during a week-long stay.

Nice apartment with big garden and a place to sit outside, very close to the Diamond bridge. Host was super cute, she took us on a small sightseeing tour.

Nearby village tsalka has everything you need to get something for breakfast. also there are two restaurants local food and not expensive. traveling from dashbash to tsalka for dinner was fun to do.

Very nice and quiet with pleasant summer temperature during the day, fresh air at night. Great for a green weekend outside Tbilisi. Very comfortable beds and kitchenette with fridge, microwave and washing machine, private bathroom. Walking distance from Dashbashi canyon. Very friendly and helpful host.

The cottage was wonderful! It was so cozy and clean and comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and a super comfortable bed. Maia was so kind and welcoming. She made sure to give us an extra big heater to keep warm as it was quite cold when we visited. We loved the cottage and would recommend Maia’s guesthouse to everyone!

The property is in a small village, very close to the canyon and other beautiful walks. The family that own the accommodation are very friendly and helpful. Alex spoke very good English. The room is comfortable and has everything you’d need. We enjoyed sitting in the garden.
