“Service disappointment”
On arrival could not find the location when we arrived we were very confused on who we were to talk to. Everything was to be in a online message. No customer service was available for our rooms. The door could not be locked after serval attemps to tell someone. No room service was done which ment no making of bed or fresh linen.
