“Excellent resort with very good weather even during summers”

The view was awesome. The food was also good

The area and the staff

Location is the most interesting part, though the 7km dirt road was a bit disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and always friendly. The units although rustic by nature was super clean. The resort is tranquil.

“Grand Canyon Adventure”

I loved the room and the outdoor seating area, which had a beautiful view of the sunset. It was very relaxing! The room was big and spacious with a nice decor. I liked the location and woke up early to explore the Grand Canyon. The hotel is in a great location, and I hope to return and spend more time enjoying the hiking trails.

Location: 2 minutes from the Balcony Hikes. Great view on the mountains. Buffet restaurantprovides a wide choice of food. The staff is very nice.

Really beautiful place, crazy sunsets and good food

Lovely place to stay, several chill-out zones, and it's close to the Balcony Walk and Summit Track. The food was amazing, and there's a lot of variety. The staff is polite and helpful.

A nice resort with very good views and conviniently close to the start of the balcony walk. The garden offers plenty of good places to sit and relax.

“Perfect location”

Perfect location, clean rooms, good modern bathroom, food was good. I honestly expected less after reading some reviews. It was great for one night before doing the balcony walk. Yes, it was cold but the room was warm enough with the AC on heat mode. Staff very friendly.

Located near the start of the Balcony Walk (10 min drive). Swimming pool and amazing sunset view. Private chalet is wonderful and way more luxurious and spacious than expected. Staff is very friendly, they even prepared a breakfast box to go for us because we wanted to do a hike before breakfast times.

Good meal.options and space for dining. Large room with heat in winter. Parking good and friendly staff.

Location is very good for sunrise, sunset and the balcony walk. Sunrise/sunset are a short walk or 2 minute drive The villas were comfortable and a good size Service was excellent. They even called just after we left to say we left a jacket

The location is one of the best to get to the trail head for the balcony walk. The facilities are excellent and the site has great views of sunrise and sunset. The buffet breakfast and dinners are exceptional with many local and western choices also.
