“A beautiful place to enjoy the silence, the nature, the food, the hospitaly and the animals”

everything was fantastic, the nature/location. We enjoyed the traditional breakfast and dinner all homemade and prepared by the family's grandmother and of course the 'schnapps' made by the grandfatther of the family. The concept of the farm is to be self-sufficient. Ognjen told us a lot about the farm and the life in Montenegro. And of course the lovely donkeys and the dog Hans. It's a peaceful place and shows how beautiful life can be. Wim and Stephanie

“Warm, welcoming and simply charismatic people.”

The farm is a unique experience for people who like nature combined with a certain comfort. The room was clean and located directly next to the donkeys. After waking up, you directly can grab a chair and just watch them chilling - very relaxing for us as well. Even arriving at 1am was easy due to the perfect description by Ognjen, despite the road to the property is a bit bumpy. The whole family helps on the farm and is very welcoming…A chat during the breakfast is a must.

The farm is a very special place, with friendly hosts, great traditional food, a cozy apartment and lovely donkeys and others animals that are treated with much care. We also enjoyed the landscape and exploring the village by foot, despite relatively cold spring days in late March.

“Excellent experience: Purely joyful and relaxing”

' - Nature: Sitting in the quiet, peaceful garden, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, watching the lovely donkeys gave me the most relaxing day for long and reminded me of what counts in life... - Accommodation: Modern and neat room / bathroom, well equipped (worth to mention: air-conditioning / heating working perfectly), and possibility of delicious fresh homemade dinner (thanks to the owner's mother) in the garden. - Concept: The owner's attitude towards nature and animals (of course, especially the initial idea of rescuing suffering donkeys) and his strive for protecting the environment deserves admiration and support. I appreciate the time he (Darko) dedicated to me for interesting conversations. And I hope that with my booking at his accommodation I could modestly contribute to his great eco-friendly ideas. Big thanks/ "hvala" to Darko and his family. [Side note, based on other guest reviews on navigation to the farm: The last 2 km are the only part that may be considered a⁸ bit challenging for navigation. But starting at the main road, from which to divert, the owner has posed signs that guided me very clearly. Even without using a navigator, there was not at all a problem of finding the way.]

The donkeys make the whole experience worthwhile, and so do the dogs Hans and Blackie. Also how this project is run with ecology as the highest priority is simply inspiring. Darko makes it all sound so effortless but I'm sure a lot of hard work goes into it!
