Excellent friendly staff. Very clean room. Free coffee and tea 24 hour in main sitting area. Breakfast (buffet) for $15 US. Also have food - burgers, salad, wings, etc at dinner time and 5-7 pm happy hour! (Nice to have a wine special in happy hour!). Had a microwave and bar fridge in room (unexpected!). Room was comfortable - good air conditioning. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet except when AC turned on! About 15 min walk to other places to eat in mall area. Great location for transfer to cruise port or airport. Appreciated the free shuttle to the airport!

I didn’t stay cause they have cancelled one of the three rooms we have booked and left us with 4 kids last minute to search for another accommodation to stay

Ms. Johnson did her absolute best under stressful conditions, we arrived at 10 am hoping for an early check in, she was swamped but maintained a friendly and confident demeaner and was always professional. She did get us rooms close together, and somehow managed to get us in earlier than normal check in time. She is a gem, and well worth a raise, I watched her for hours cleverly managing disgruntled and impatient and entitled people, Ms. Johnson is worth her weight in gold. Later that evening I had a question and the gentleman at the front was also extremely helpful, insightful and knew answers to all my questions and even provided insight I didn't think of. Later that evening, we ate at the bar and the woman who served us was kind, and efficient. She took abuse from a customer, and I was impressed at her ability to be kind to the nasty woman who was rude to her. Amazingly patient. I tipped her well! Another fantastic employee, these young adults really know what they are doing and are a credit to your hotel. I would have loved to check in earlier, but I understand this was impossible, the fact I got in a full 2 hours earlier than anticipated was amazing. Honestly, the house keeping team really does a fantastic job, our rooms were very clean and when I asked for extra blankets they were delivered within 5 minutes.

Location for me was relevant. Food and shops close by, and the Aventura Mall 10 minutes away

It was a very busy day .Flight cancellation and cruise passengers arriving early for maybe early check in. The girl at the front desk did an amazing job. Very professional.
