Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience – Especially for a Disabled Guest This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite booking and paying in advance for a specific accessible room, I was not given the room I reserved. As a disabled guest, this is not a preference but a necessity, and the hotel completely failed to respect that. The situation got even worse. The replacement room had no working Wi-Fi and no reliable phone service, making it unusable and unsafe. Internet access was essential for medical and safety reasons, yet the hotel showed no urgency in fixing this. To make matters even more shocking, I was initially told that I might have to leave the hotel, despite having a valid, prepaid reservation. Attempting to remove a disabled guest instead of resolving the problem is absolutely unacceptable and deeply distressing. Staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no real concern for accessibility or guest well-being. The entire stay felt chaotic, stressful, and poorly managed. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel, especially to anyone with disabilities. Basic standards of accommodation, accessibility, and customer service were simply not met.

“Very comfortable and perfect during a long travel and transit.”
I wanted a convenient and comfortable airport hotel and this is exactly that. Everything was better than expected, including very convenient parking and places to eat nearby.
