“Pleasantly surprised”

Staff very friendly, helpful and caring. Rooms clean and big.

There's a huge woman at the reception desk, it's impossible to mistake her. I was charged twice for the room while I was on my way to the hotel by some accident. When I arrived at the hotel, she said I had to go through with it a third time. I explained that the first two payments were returned later, but there weren't enough funds on the card, and I said that I pay cash in that case. She said okay, but she named a price higher than the reservation with Booking. I asked why it was more expensive, and she said, "Did you look at your time? It was 2 a.m.i asked again - Can you explain why it went up in price? She said "Either pay more or I call the police." Then I asked again why the price went up, and she simply called the police. In the end, she just wanted to take the difference between the booking price and the price she named to herself. Even the police said the same when we went outside, those guys apologised and was very nice. Of course, she didn't check me in, and I went to look for another hotel.

the rooms was clean and welcoming, Ac is a bit cold but we understand love the bathroom, love the receptionists they were very helpful and pleasant, we had a wonderful time and you guys will be seeing us pretty soon again. oh i love the fact i can do laundry at the hotel.

The beds were amazing!!! Good location - 15 min from airport with free hotel shuttle and next to a carting place, so the kids had so much fun.! There are snacks and drinks to buy in the lobby 24/7 . The staff were super nice and helpful.
