Nice room with all facilities we would like for this kind of stay. Air condition in both the bed room and the living room / second bedroom. Both worked very well. Great view from the balcony. Short walk down the stairs to Victoria's cafe where one gets the breakfast. One can also eat lunch there and have a drink there in the evening. The breakfast is not the most fancy, but still very nice with many dishes. Beautiful view of the bay from the cafe. Also great tap water in the town. Usually not the case. Very friendly and helpful staff with a good sense of humor. Nice beds. No traffic which was great for us. Short walk to the beach, to tavernas and mini market. Also possible to rent kayaks from shakayak (same owner). The area (Pelion peninsula) is also lush and green for Greece which can be quite dry in the summer. It is also not recommend not driving all the way down to the guesthouse since it is very narrow roads, few parking places and very steep ascent up when leaving. It is better to park under the olive trees 250 meters before the guesthouse. Also short driving distance to Papa Nero and Agios Ioannis beaches. We drove to the parking close to the creek separating the two beaches. Ease to park there.

The hotel team was very nice to us They help us with the parking and helping us with our luggage. We licked the place, and probably will return , and next time we will go there for longer time.

The view the view the view. The room is nice and simple. Shower is small but clean. Great porch to look at the sea and relax. Very welcoming hosts.

Amazing location, very clean and comfortable. A generous breakfast included which you could enjoy while looking out at the lovely little harbour. Room had a nice balcony to relax on. Victoria was an excellent host.

Everything at Victoria’s is amazing - the one million view, the interior of the room, the small shop, the restaurant on the beautiful terrace. The owners Victoria and Pascalis are the nicest hosts we could ever imagine. A dream place to be!

The location was excellent

The amazing place, the quiet, the people, the clear water, the food, the hiking trails, the kindness of the hosts, Victoria, her husband and the girls.

Loved location, tucked away privately surrounded by sea, mountains and olive trees. Can reach by public transport going to Agios Ioannis and then a 30-45min walk or short taxi trip to reach accomm, or renting a car is much more convenient - though beware of the narrow roads with some damage from storm last year. Katerina and family are so friendly and accommodating. Guest rooms are comfortable, cosy and clean. 10/10 recommend.
