Surrounded by the romantic Baldersnäs Park, this elegant manor is found by Lake Laxsjön in the picturesque region of Dalsland. Its individually decorated rooms include free WiFi and park views. “Grand old manor with excellent food.”
We loved the location by the lake and the grandiose old manor. We had a 5-course dinner with wine package and the food was excellent and the whine pairing perfect! Very knowledgeable waiter who also served excellent G&Ts out by the patio. The garden was serene and peaceful, with huge old trees and a beautiful lawn.

“Nice countryside mansion with delicious food”
Very nice countryside location. Restaurant was fantastic, dinner so delicious and the setting very cosy. The breakfast was very good too. The mansion main building was nice and interesting and surrounded by a quite beautiful garden. I can imagine this place is even better during the spring and summer season (we were there in October). Very friendly staff.

“come and enjoy the nature in its best version”
The area around is impressive for those who love being in nature. The hotel is surrounded by lakes and a big and very well-kept park with old trees. Really amazing place to enjoy contact with nature. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For the first time since many years, I hadn't to pay for my stay by check-in. It was like before when the hotel had trust in the client. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice.

“Outstanding experience !”
It was a improvised stop, and all turned into a wonderful experience in this incredible cosy romantic place in the middle of a lovely park ! Many thanks to the Manor’s restaurant Chef Emil Öjentorp a gentleman who is definitely passionate by his work and turned this dinner into a magic moments for us !
