Excellent house on the edge of the village. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a barbecue. The hosts, who live on the second floor, were polite and always available if needed. There is a large parking area right next to the house with automatic gates, which was very convenient and safe. It’s about a 40-minute walk downhill along the river to Karlovy Vary. The way back by Uber takes around 6–8 minutes from the famous hotel and costs about €10 (around 260 CZK) — highly recommended. Shops are located down in the town, but with a car that’s no problem at all.

“Fantastic stay❤”
Lovely surroundings, cosy house and fantastic hosts! Shining clean and home-like! There are all the facilities you need for a good holiday, lovely garden, terrace for relaxation and a grill. Relaxing cosy atmosphere, good beds, comfortable rooms that stay cool even on hot summer days. Close to the city center. Good internet connection. The hosts Vera and Jan are really really kind and friendly people, we felt like comming home to mum and dad❤ thank you for hospitality and wonderfull days at your place, we will definitely come to your place again🤗❤

“Great accommodation!”
Excellent place to stay, highly recommended! A lot of space, great value of money. Hosts are lovely and we felt very welcomed. The hosts made sure we have everything needed for our stay. It has wonderful terrace where we spend our evenings resting and enjoying quietness. We will definitely come back! Also to mention that it takes only half an hour walking to the city center and just few minutes to the bus stop, big plus!
