“Great hotel for short stays - free breakfast is a bonus”
We visited for the Eclipse - probably the busiest weekend for the hotel - it was a bit hectic and clearly the hotel was overwhelmed but everyone was helpful and courteous. I was glad we booked a hotel with a pool.

Impossible to make changes to the reservation - the owner did not respond to messages and we payed for 3 extra nights that we did not use because there was no response when asking to make changes to the reservation.

“Check-in was horrible. the stay was ok. My daughter is allergic to dogs.I wouldn’t book here ever”
Hire friendly and professional staff! The customer service was a 0. I was very dissatisfied with the the lack of concern. I cancelled the 2nd night and booked somewhere else. Bathrooms needs updating. How do you charge for parking and the hotel is not 5 stars. It was a waste and I will contact corporate.

“Will not stay at this hotel again. Paid too much money for a below average room rude staff.”
The sheets were too little for the beds or were not put on properly. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was a problem with my credit card and one of the young men working up front made the inappropriate comment that maybe it is just insufficient funds. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I had plenty of money, found out my card was locked because I initially entered the wrong pin.

Had to leave after 2 hours... ruined our weekend. Room was rented woth broken AC... i am sure thet knew it was not ready for service. Terrible place.
