I saw 3 three insect. This is terrible experiment

I mistakenly made a reservation at this hotel on December 22, 2025. Since the reservation was non-refundable, I kindly asked if they could move the date, and they finally agreed to change it to March 2 so I could celebrate my son’s birthday. Unfortunately, the young man who assisted me on the phone was very rude and intimidating. Because of that experience, when I arrived at the hotel I felt uncomfortable and asked my son to speak at the front desk for me. Despite that, the hotel itself met my expectations. It is centrally located, has an elevator, and for the price I paid it was worth it. There are just a few things that could improve the stay: better customer service, towels for two people (not one), better bathroom cleaning—I even had to kill some cockroaches—and an extra bar of soap would be helpful. Also, when I was sent to room 320 on the third floor, no one told me there was an elevator. As an older person with claustrophobia and luggage, I honestly felt like I was being sent there as a punishment. Overall, the location and price were good, but customer service and cleanliness could definitely improve.

Althought I highlighted that i'd be coming early morning, and also booked for 2 nights, still it was cancelled as no show, also charged for it. I didnt like booking service and also the reception was unhelpful. Particular me coming after a 27 hours flight makes it worse experience ever.

Basic hotel, but ok for the price. The room was spacious, there's parking and the wifi works well. Staff is professional.

Staff were very helpful. The room was standard Motel 6 fare.

There were insects in the room and workers asked to go in the room mid-day to clean the AC, no regard for privacy, the receptionist ignored clients for a while before attending. Cleaning lady was extra nice though.
