“I would definitely stay again if in the area.”
Husband and I traveled from California to Dallas for the solar event. The staff was helpful and accommodating of our room requests. The room was clean and ready upon arrival. Management went above and beyond to ensure my items left behind in the room were safely mailed back. Motel is minutes away from downtown, and located right off the freeway for easy travel access. Y'all are awesome. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the warm welcome to your city. 😊

“Bates hotel”
What breakfast I wasn’t told didn’t but my toilet wasn’t clean neither the tub public hairs boogers in the shower the door barely worked to let me in the room the room was not worth the price or stay was very 🤮gross 🤮& uncomfortable noises too that was a very unpleasant and bad experience smdh overly price for no reason not worth the price math isn’t mathematically mathing at all very distasteful & disgusting for my first time and experience traveling there
