“Awful and was sold something that was not true.”
Nothing - It was not what was on the website and nobody told me that the ground floor was under reconstruction.

“Not worth the expense”
A lot of the staff seemed stressed and, at times, we felt like an inconvenience. I wonder if the hotel values its staff? Perhaps, if they did, then the staff would be more welcoming and caring to the guests. Breakfast was chaotic. It’s a menu only service and they don’t really have capacity if it gets busy. If you book breakfast inclusive, you get a $20 voucher, which doesn’t cover the full cost. Reception staff could be more welcoming and helpful.
